"My Village’s Market" at Emeralda Ninh Binh Resort & Spa

Emeralda Ninh Binh Resort & Spa had organized a gastronomic and cultural event called "My Village’s Market" on May 17.

The 2-day-and-one-night cultural activity was held occasionally by the resort’s management teams to show the gratefulness to the resort's close partners and customers.

Beside the space re-enact as a rural market with roofed houses, where visitors were served delicious Vietnamese food such as fresh spring roll, noodle soup with snail or pancake etc.,  there were also outdoor BBQ corners featuring some local specialties like grilled fish in banana leaves, grilled goat over charcoal fire and grilled pork with galangal.

In addition, visitors also had chances to the experience folk games such as crab racing, dart playing and calligraphy writing etc. that brought back the interesting and nostalgic features of a Vietnamese old village.

Emeralda Ninh Binh Resort & Spa is conveniently located in Van Long Nature Reserve and is easily accessible from tourist attractions like Tam Coc- Bich Dong Tourist Area, Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An Landscape Complex, Cuc Phuong National Park, Phat Diem Cathedral and Hoa Lu Ancient Town as well as Ho Lu Ancient Town.

Being as an important national relic complex, Van Long Nature Reserve is one of Ninh Binh’s four core zones World Heritage Site which has been recognized by UNESCO.
