Sprout Ginseng is popular in Korea as an ingredient for healthy food and beverage. The Ginseng is cultivated by hydroponic method. With this method, the production of Sprout Ginseng is more controllable than the normal ginseng. If the normal ginseng takes 5 – 6 years to reach the matureness, the sprout ginseng needs only two to four months to be harvested.

Saponin is the core value of the ginseng which can bring several benefits to users. As for the normal ginseng, saponin concentrates in the root with a level of 2.7% while the leaves of sprout ginseng are excellent of saponin concentration at 1.43%. As the leaves of sprout ginseng contain the most saponin, Sprout ginseng are used as a vegetable for daily meals. It is definitely a “King” ingredient for ‘Eat clean’ trend in Vietnam.

During the festival, 3Spoons restaurant presents the limited edition of Bun Cha with Sprout Ginseng which brings an exotic flavour to a popular dish among others. The fan of ‘Eat clean’ cannot miss the lunch at the hotel’s Salad Bar with Sprout Ginseng beyond other types of salad and diverse protein to top off.  If you love tea, come to Hive Lounge, the Sprout ginseng tea station would bring back of energy after a long working day. Menwhile, the Teppanyaki – micro restaurant will join this festival with a special hot dish with Razor Clams with Chrysanthemum Flower and Ginseng which will be given to every gourmet of Teppanyaki. In addition, on 23 November, Q Bar organizes a ‘Green Light’ party to encourage people to show their love.
