RICO Seafood & Grills opened in Hanoi

RICO Hanoi Ltd., the owning company of RICO Steakhouse at 56 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Hoan Kiem District in Ha Noi) has announced the opening of a brand new restaurant called RICO Seafood & Grill in the mid-December, located at 1A Tang Bat Ho Street in Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

Situated in the bustling Hanoi’s French Quarter, RICO Seafood & Grill is a handsome retreat from the city, within the city. The 400 square meter restaurant, seating 100 guests, offers a stylish, contemporary space. It houses a range of interconnected projects, including multiple dining rooms, a raw bar, open kitchen, butcher, and two outdoor dining areas. It is ideal for entertaining, celebrations or corporate meetings. Decorated in warm woods, pastel greys and copper, you’ll be captivated by the exquisite decor while your senses are awoken by the modern interpretations on classic flavour found throughout the irresistible menu.

French Executive Chef James Dogan is planning a classy and playful menu but with a modern twist. The menu features fresh and high-quality seasonal ingredients, which are sourced both locally of Nha Trang, Ha Long and Phu Quoc beaches and from as far as France, Canada, New Zealand to ensure that the tastes are authentic.

“The highlight of this menu is not only its innovative use of great, fresh flavours, but also its commitment to seasonality and responding to the growing trends and demands of the diners” – shared Chef Dogan.

Besides the sharing seafood plate, must-tries include seared tuna with risotto, Canadian oysters, New Zealand mussels, marbled foie gras, sushi rolls of tenderloin and foie gras, assortments of crème brulee. Moreover, the restaurant also showcases steaks from Ranger Valley (Australia) – one of the world’s most respected premium marbled beef producers.

Price starts from VND500,000 per person per meal without drink.
