This is one of the highlights of the ‘New Zealand – Open to the New’ season, celebrating 40 years of friendship and diplomatic relations between New Zealand and Vietnam.

During the visit, she has conducted cooking demonstrations and tutorials for lecturers and students at the Saigon Tourist Cooking School in HCMC and the Hanoi Tourism School.
