The soul ingredient of the fresh and delicious cake is kefir - a yogurt-like fermented milk containing live enzymes, yeasts, and many strains of probiotic bacteria and no fat. It is also said to help support the building of muscle for a better figure.

The bakery’s chef has created his own recipes with kefir to take the edge off the summer heat with three distinctive and impressive delights. The Snow Almond (VND49,000) starts with a layer of kefir, then smooth and flavourful ground almond, and finished with a soft tart touch. The distinct yet complementary flavours of the three layers blend together to make it a seductive and elegant dessert. The Fruity Cereals (VND49,000), a rich dessert indulgence, is made from just a few healthy ingredients: kefir, fresh and succulent fruit, including strawberries, kiwi fruit and pineapple, and has a crunchy cereal base. And the Apple Kefir (also VND49,000) is a combination of baked apple, cinnamon and kefir perfectly blended between the spongy texture of the cake and an excellent choice for a healthy breakfast.

Based on the concept of an elegant French boutique bakery, apart from offering a peaceful view over Hoan Kiem Lake, S’Patisserie also has some 25 indoor and outdoor seats, accommodating both local residents or walk-in customers looking for a charming ambience and exquisite yet affordable delicacies.
