Those fond of specialities from the central region are sure to find their favourite dishes, such as Hoi An chicken rice, jackfruit salad, tench fish stewed in soybeans, tuna served with fresh rice vermicelli, and steamed tuna fresh spring rolls. Dishes are all delicious in different ways. The tench, for example, is found mostly in the central region’s waters, with soft flesh. It’s wrapped in warm and soft rice paper and several vegetables and served with central-style fish sauce. The Hoi An chicken rice is also among the best selections. The chicken is stripped into small pieces and serviced with onion and fragrant vegetables like knotweed or coriander and some spicy sauce, making a wonderful dish.
