According to Pascal Baros, Chez Xuan’s manager, the spacious lush green garden is more a social club than an ordinary restaurant where only food is served. Apart from holding parties or special events at its restaurant / brasserie section with BBQ parties, Chez Xuan also organises a lot of funky entertainment, such as live music, DJs, and even short dramas or comedy at times. Its bar serves dozens of types of beer, wine and cocktails and is also a place for a game of darts, while Petanque can be played in the courtyard.
Chez Xuan serves over 40 fusion international dishes, such as steaks, French pizza, and burgers. Dishes include a bruschetta plate with duck liver pate, tuna or salmon, traditional Flammekueche (French pizza) from VND135,000 to VND190,000, depending on the size, Moroccan chicken tajine from VND175,000, and ‘surf ‘n’ turf’ dishes of grilled seafood and beef tenderloin served hot on a stone dish, from VND175,000 to VND245,000 per portion.
Chez Xuan is open from 5pm to 11.30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 11.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
