French flourish

The restaurant boasts a chic atmosphere with creative cooking. Chef Thierry Drapeau, a two-star Michelin chef in France, takes his inspiration from the surrounding countryside and its top-quality ingredients, then adds an artistic flourish to his fine regional cuisine. He favours herbs over spices and creates a fragrant, brightly coloured ‘floral cuisine’. You must try the top signature dish by Thierry Chef, of roast duck with raspberries, pistachio oil, black olive raviole, and short juice. ‘I cook duck at a low temperature with a salmis sauce,’ Thierry said. ‘I make different variations depending on the season: with cherries in the summer, blackberries or quince in the autumn, and fennel or lemon in the winter.’

So, whether you’re looking for creatively cooked food, celebrating a special occasion, re-uniting with old friends or meeting for the first time, you’ll have the best time over a great meal at L’Escale by Thierry Drapeau.

Open every day for lunch and dinner from 11.30am to 2pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm. Seating is limited, so reservations are highly recommended.
