Ashima expands

Ashima’s menu features a variety of fresh and healthy dishes in the Japanese culinary style, carefully prepared to guarantee a subtle taste and nice presentation.

There is a wide selection of starters, such as salmon, mushroom and seaweed salad, sashimi with salmon and mushroom, and mushroom soup, as well as delicious side dishes such as beef rolled with mushrooms,  Japanese eel rolled with mushrooms, and ramen noodles with mushrooms. Its special dish, for which its reputation is based, is its mushroom hotpots. The broth is cooked from bones and herbs in a ‘secret’ recipe for 48 hours. Ashima offers more 30 local and imported mushrooms from many countries around the world, like Japan, Korea and the US. Some are quite precious and cost in the tens of millions of VND per kilo and are great for the health, with high nutritional value. Guests can order hotpots with different broths, served with a wide range of vegetables, mushrooms, beef, chicken and fish.

Prices are from VND75,000 per dish. The mushroom hotpot served in a buffet style is VND299,000 per person. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
