The name really says it all - it’s simple and genuine in every way. The wooden stairs, the tables and chairs, and the décor, including oil lamps, lanterns, a sewing machine and an old TV, are all as basic as can be.
Another significant feature of the café is that the different plants and flowers spread all around make it a cool and fresh corner far from the madding crowd.
Its menu, boasting a wide choice of food and drinks, makes a great impression on customers with its envelope-like appearance.
Drinks include premium Vietnamese coffee like Cau Dat from Dalat in the central highlands, as well as Huilia, Rwande and Mandhelinh. All are, of course, genuine, clean and fresh.
Moc Café also serves breakfast and lunch. Acoustic music plays from 8pm to 10pm on Saturdays, when the prices go up a touch.
Drinks are from VND25,000 and lunch from VND35,000 a dish. Open around the clock, seven days a week.
