Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has new director of F&B
Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is elevating its culinary appeal with a new director of F&B, Mr. Antoine Huc. The native French speaker, who is also fluent in English and Italian, has relocated to Hanoi after more than ten years with the world’s leading hotels and restaurants. Most recently, he was F&B Director at the ultra-exclusive Amanyara Resort on the Caribbean island of Turks and Caicos. At the Sofitel he will oversee operations at the French restaurant, Le Beaulieu, the Vietnamese restaurant, Spices Garden, the Italian-inspired restaurant, Angelina, and in the hotel’s three bars: La Terasse, Bamboo Bar and the recently-revamped Le Club. He will also be in charge of all in-room dining in the hotel’s 364 guestrooms and suites in addition to banquets and events.
