Thai cuisine has long been famous for its unique, harmonious combination of color and flavor, making an unforgettable impression on anyone who has tasted it. From March 16 to 30, Hilton Hanoi Opera will collaborate with Thanawat Yotpan - Sous Chef from DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok - to bring a truly Thai culinary experience for Thai food lovers in Hanoi.

An experienced chef with a great love of his native cuisine, Thanawat Yotpan is always keen to introduce the spirit of Thai cuisine to the world. During his visit to Vietnam, he personally selects and brings with him unique ingredients from Thailand and cooks all himself to deliver a great experience to guests.

At the “Saturday Sparkling Lunch: Truly Thailand” buffet at Ba Mien restaurant, guests will find familiar and famous Thai dishes like Son Tum papaya salad, Tom Yum Goong, Thai curry, Mango sticky rice, and Thai green beans dessert, as well as novel Thai dishes like Spicy coconut milk soup with seafood, Steamed fish with chili and lemon sauce, and Stir-fried squid with chili paste and salted egg, among others. The guaranteed flavors are sure to tingle your taste buds.

If you don’t have time for a lunch buffet, you can still enjoy Thai cuisine full of flavor with a lunch or dinner set menu at Ba Mien or a Truly Thai High Tea at the Lobby Lounge during the promotion.

On March 17, the Hilton will also host a cooking class entitled “Cooking with Chef Tommy - Thanawat Yotpan”, where those attending will exchange cuisine tips and learn how to cook under the guidance of the Thai chef.

Guests will also have the opportunity to receive vouchers for a two-night stay for two at one of these five-star hotels under the Hilton brand: Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, Hilton Da Nang, or Hilton Hanoi Opera.
