    May Man Chinese Restaurant until 2 March 2018: Tet celebrations, with Prosperity Yu Sheng salad. Known as an appetiser that boosts good fortune in the new year, the dish is a sublimation of wealth and a symbol of prosperity and longevity. Main ingredients include salmon, grated vegetables, sauces and condiments. The special feature of the savoury salad is how it’s enjoyed. Diners join in mixing the dish together, shouting ‘Prosperity! More Prosperity!’ seven times as a wish to each other for the new year. There are three options: Happiness (2-3 persons) at VND480,000, Prosperity (4-6 persons) at VND680,000, and Fortune (8-10 people) at VND880,000.
