    Charity Cycle Adventure

Riding Route: Dalat - Nha Trang

The annual charity event for Saigon Children’s Charity welcomes riders to participate in an adventurous three-day ride through Vietnam’s central highlands to the coast. Riders this year will be able to enjoy a three-day, fully-supported and guided ride through the valleys and forested highlands of Dalat before heading down to the world-famous beach of Nha Trang. Winding their way through the tree-lined roads of Dalat, formerly a resort destination for French colonialists, riders will enjoy picturesque scenery as they pass small villages and farms. After two days of exploring valleys and trails in fresh mountain air, riders begin their descent down to the coast.

The event aims to raise funds to help programs assisting disadvantaged children. Over the last seven years, the annual Charity Cycle Adventure has welcomed enthusiastic cyclists from all over the world, who have ridden over 2000 km in total and raised over $280,000 for disadvantaged children.

Registration fee: $700 (flights, food and accommodation, cycling shirt, guides, and support vehicles). Minimum funds raised to support programs: $500. Contact Mr David Appleton (Davidappleton@gmail.com or 0903 014 488) or Ms Van (van@saigonchildren.com).
