There are many types of adventure sports in and around Dalat. The downstream area of the Da Don River in Lam Ha district is the perfect place for white water rafting, as it’s home to waterfalls of suitable height that create a sense of suspense and tension as the boat dashes over the top of the falls.

For years, world-class adventure tourists have come to the central highlands city to live amid a majestic mountain setting, experience extreme sports, and soak in the thrill of the conquest. With a diverse highland terrain of forests, waterfalls, and high peaks, Dalat and its surrounding areas are the ideal place for outdoor activities such as trekking, crossing waterfalls, and paragliding. The ideal time to challenge yourself with extreme sports is from January to April, as the sky is a clear deep blue and flowers are blooming everywhere
