Hang Rai (Otter Cave) is located inside the Nui Chua tourism zone.

Starting from My Thanh Bridge in Cam Ranh city in Khanh Hoa province, the 17 km pass connects the city's Binh Tien Beach with Vinh Hy Bay in Phan Rang city, Ninh Thuan province. The freshly paved and virtually empty road winds its way along magnificent unspoiled coast with blue seas on one side and green mountains on the other. Drivers are rewarded with breathtaking views of turquoise water, white sandy beach, and wild green forest.
