A project to develop community tourism at fishing villages on Tho Quang and Man Thai beaches in central Da Nang city’s Son Tra district hopes to promote fishing tourism and preserve the local fishing culture.

Homestay services and activities will allow tourists to experience the daily life of fishing families. Visitors can also take in local craft villages, village markets, and seafood markets and enjoy the local cuisine. Local authorities will also cooperate with business households to invest in and organize more beachside activities and encourage residents to engage in the development of community tourism.

The coastline along Tho Quang and Man Thai wards is a combined 1.2 km and features sandy beaches and lively fishing villages.

Hanoi Hotel has currently announced the completed upgrading with high-class accommodation system at its City Wing Court and put into operation from January 7, 2019. During the six months of renovation, there were a total of 70 guest rooms had already been upgraded and equipped with new amenities from luxury brands.

The renovation brought a completely new look to the hotel, with ‘state-of-the-art’ modern equipments yet comfortable and classy Japanese ambiences.

“Courageously in the plan and strategy to change the look, combined with a professional and rich varieties of services, we hope to increase the selling capacity as well as receive good feedback from customers in the coming time,” said Mr. Richard Yit- Chief Operation Officer- Hotel division of Tung Shing Group Inc., the owner group of Hanoi Hotel.

Opened in 1993, the Hanoi Hotel was the first international hotel in Vietnam’s capital and remains a well-known destination in the Asian hospitality industry, providing dedicated services for discerning business and leisure travellers. Nearly 80 per cent of the hotel’s guests are businesspeople, in particular those from Hong Kong, Taiwan and elsewhere in Asia. Featuring 218 deluxe rooms and suites overlooking scenic Giang Vo Lake, business travellers in the hotel are taken very good care of. Its Business Centre offers 24/7 confidential secretarial services while the Meeting Room can accommodate up to 130 people and is equipped with the latest conferencing facilities.
